  • The subject course requires a minimum of 10 students to proceed. If the minimum enrollment is not met, the class will be canceled, and you will be notified. To avoid inconvenience, please wait for our confirmation before making the program fee payment if you plan to register for this course.

Refund Policy

If participants need to withdraw from the Program, the following refund guidelines apply:

1. Tuition Refunds:
  • Participants who submit a refund application before the first day of class are entitled to a 90% refund of the tuition.
  • Participants who submit a refund application before the end of the first third of classes are entitled to a 50% refund of the tuition.
  • No refund will be issued after the first third of classes.
2. Program Cancellation
  • If an entire program is canceled due to low enrollment or other reasons unrelated to the participants, a full refund will be issued. Please note that no interest will be included in the refund.
3. Textbooks and Materials
  • The cost of any textbooks, course materials, and associated shipping fees incurred prior to requesting a refund will be borne by the participants and deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Refund Application Process
  • Refund applications must be submitted by email no later than 14:00 on the due date, along with your bank account information.
  • Refunds will be processed approximately 4-6 weeks after the application is confirmed complete by the Office of International Affairs, NCU.
  • Participants are responsible for all associated bank charges.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
  • Fees for field trips, housing, and insurance are non-refundable.

This refund policy complies with the Regulations for Implementation of Continuing Education at Higher Education Institutions (專科以上學校推廣教育實施辦法修正條文; 100.1.11教育部令) enacted by the R.O.C. Ministry of Education.

Housing & Living Cost

Housing

Accommodations will be in an on-campus dormitory, with the usual setup housing two individuals per room. However, the specific dormitory configurations for the summer program are currently undetermined. Possibilities include single occupancy or accommodating up to four people per room. The final arrangement will be decided based on availability, pending confirmation of the number of participants.

Living Cost

Each meal is about USD 5.
